LIMITED WARRANTY
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
The Limited Warranty is valid only for the original buyer of the product or for items given as gifts by the original buyer, provided the product remains in their possession. This warranty is non-transferable.
WHAT IS COVERED?
If any defects in materials or workmanship occur within the warranty period, Raynova will either replace or repair the defective product with a similar model.
DURATION OF WARRANTY
The warranty period starts from the date of the original shipment. Different product lines have different warranty periods. Replacing parts or products under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
EXCLUSIONS
Products not sold by Raynova, counterfeit items, or products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers;
Defects, damages, or failures resulting from modifications, attempts to repair, or alterations made by the owner;
Intentional damage, improper or irregular power supply;
Exposure to excess moisture, extreme humidity, or any other extreme temperatures.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
If a product is found to have defects covered by the Limited Warranty, Raynova will either repair or provide a replacement for the product or any defective parts at no charge. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To receive warranty service, you must provide Raynova with:
(i) Proof of purchase showing the order date;
(ii) A photo of the issue;
(iii) A detailed description of the defect;
(iv) Contact our customer support team at raynovaledmirror@gmail.com.
Claims must be submitted within the specified warranty period.
