Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All our mirrors are custom-made based on your chosen specifications, including size, style, features (such as defoggers, smart touch controls, Bluetooth speakers), and finish. Once submitted, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate, including dimensions, electrical configurations, and design preferences.

 


 

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing
All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

3.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Payment is required in full before production of your custom order begins.

3.3 Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address and in accordance with local laws.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping fees and delivery estimates are provided during checkout.

4.2 Lead Time
Production of custom mirrors typically takes 10-15 business days. Delivery time varies based on destination and carrier.

4.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the product upon arrival and report any damage within 7 calendar days.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Custom Product Policy
Due to the customized nature of our mirrors, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5.2 Damage Claims
If your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or repair.

6. Warranty

6.1 Coverage
We offer a limited warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years, depending on the specific product line. The warranty period begins on the original shipment date.

6.2 What’s Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including lighting components, smart control systems, and defoggers.

6.3 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation or misuse;

  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs;

  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or scratches;

  • Commercial or industrial use, unless otherwise stated.

6.4 Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@customledmirror.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos. Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

6.5 Limitation
Replacement or repair under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
